The Concept
La Manufacture was created out of a desire to extend the learning process beyond the training programs. It is designed for two dental surgeons who wish to fully embrace the Paroplastic philosophy and spend two years gaining experience grounded in clinical practice, scientific literature, and exchanges with colleagues.
Throughout the program, participants immerse themselves in the founders’ professional environment, share in their daily clinical work, and take part in the various projects led by Paroplastic.
The frequency of meetings, close collaboration with the teams, and the diversity of experiences foster a constant sense of mutual inspiration, which encourages reflection and knowledge sharing.
The Goal
La Manufacture offers a challenging program designed to deepen clinical thinking and enrich professional practice.
Clinical rotations at medical practices, participation in conferences and congresses, and work on publications allow members to compare their approaches, refine their treatment decisions, and strengthen their scientific knowledge.
The program also places a strong emphasis on knowledge transfer. Through work in photography, video, and the creation of Keynote presentations, each participant is supported in preparing and presenting their own scientific and clinical content.
The Commitments
For two years, members of La Manufacture participate in a structured program that includes:
- Clinical immersion, including several sessions held at the practices of Drs. Benjamin Cortasse and Julien Mourlaas, as well as participation in major Paroplastic events.
- Scientific work, through monthly meetings focused on the literature, writing articles for the national press, and contributing to an international publication.
- Knowledge transfer, including support in the development, formatting, and presentation of clinical and scientific content.
La Manufacture is built on a mutual commitment: the commitment to share knowledge transparently and the commitment to fully engage in every step of the process.
