Six days of training in Aix-en-Provence, entirely driven by hands-on practice, to progress from the fundamentals of muco-gingival microsurgery to advanced root-coverage techniques. The Paroplastic practice box is included. Completing both modules unlocks Paroplastic Community status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Module 1 \u2014 Microsurgery &amp; tunneling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9, 10 &amp; 11 June 2027 | Aix-en-Provence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master the fundamental principles of muco-gingival plastic microsurgery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safely harvest a connective tissue graft (lateral palate, tuberosity) and adapt the graft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master the tunneling technique and its variations (laterally closed tunnel, VISTA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop rigorous clinical decision-making in the treatment of gingival recessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day 1 \u2014 Fundamentals and palatal harvesting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Principles of muco-gingival plastic surgery; aesthetics and function in recession management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palatal anatomy and management of harvesting-related risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harvesting techniques (lateral palate, tuberosity) and graft adaptation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on practice: palatal harvesting on models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day 2 \u2014 Buried connective tissue grafts and tunneling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diagnosis and classification of recessions; coverage objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Success factors of the buried connective tissue graft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step-by-step tunneling: incisions, graft placement, sutures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indications, contraindications, prognosis.
